In order to create or join a Ring, all you need is a web page to which you can add JavaScript tags. Please contact your web-hosting service if you are not sure if your web site qualifies.
It is preferred that you know basic HTML. We recommend that users check out our list of HTML tutorials:

Please note: It is up to you to successfully install your navigation bar onto your page. We can't install the SSNB for you.
If you don't have a web page and would like to become a part of the Yahoo! WebRing community, you are welcome to visit Yahoo! GeoCities to build your web page.
Once you've created your page, you're ready to create or join a Ring.
Please Note: You are not required to have a Yahoo! GeoCities home page to join Yahoo! WebRing. Your web site can be hosted on any number of services.
